We are committed to changing peoples' lives. In order to do so, we must first understand their needs, goals, and challenges.  We take our time to listen to them, ask questions, and observe their  situation. This will help us to identify the areas where we can make the  most significant impact.   Once we have identified their needs and challenges, we offer our support and guidance.  This could involve providing resources, or offering advice and encouragement for any decision they are willing to take on their project.
